Hi everyone.


Currently i m using third party email pop3 server, so i want to convert email system to exchange 2007 . How to go go about it? Actually i want to run my own exchange server at home. what i need to do? do i need fix ip to run exchange server.

Please advise me.

there is a reason why its called a server, yes you do need a static ip address and all the information can be found on MSDN

Of course you need a fixed IP address, you'll also need a DNS server.

Something I wouldn't recommend for a home user, search the internet more and you might stumble upon a cheaper and easier way to run your own email server.
